Arby's - Bastrop

Overall good. Place was clean and modern looking. Big roast beef sandwich was very good. A little stingy on the fries with a lot of tiny pieces. Overall one of the better Arby's I've been to.

Not sure what's going on with Bastrops shake machines. I've gone to Arby's 3 times to get a shake and they tell me the shake machine is down. I went from Jack in the box to Arby's to get a shake and it was the same story. I am always on the go go and I like my shake treats, but guess I'm gonna just buy my own shake machine and make them myself because I'm tired of waiting in line just to be told sorry Our Shake Machine is down.

Good food. Friendly staff. Wish the order taker would stop asking so many questions and just listen when customer is putting in order.

The service was quick and friendly. However, the food lacked flavor and wasn't particularly impressive. On the positive side, the restaurant was clean.

I placed an online order through their app, when I get to Arby's they tell me they don't know why the app is not updated but they don't have any of that food on the menu. Tell me to call customer service to request a refund, it has been 3 weeks and no refund on their end. Never ordering from this place. Their customer service is a joke each time I call they tell me to wait another 7 business days for refund. ?
