Center Street Smoke House - Batavia

This place is a Batavia gem! The building is very cool fron the exposed brick, to the signs on the walls. They even have 2 old phone booths. The food is amazing. We both had the brisket it was tender and delicious. We prefer to sit at the bar and were pleasantly surprised that there were spots open on a Saturday. (Although people started filing in after we got there). Sam the bartender is great! He was very personable and right on it when we needed another beer. (Two of my favorite qualities in a bartender Cheers, Sam you rock! We live in Rochester but if we lived closer we would definitely be here more often. Batavia peeps, if you haven't been here, do yourself a favor and check it out!

Center Street was always very welcoming and a warm atmosphere. It is great for a small dinner date or if you feel like rocking out, a Friday or Saturday night is usually jamming. Your pulled pig is not greasy or too covered with sauce, it is just the right amount if you are looking for something of the kind. I also had the opportunity to eat it from the food truck and its bacon Mac n' cheese from this world. I recommend Center Street every time someone mentions that they even go through Batavia as a place to eat.

The food and service were very good!! When I walked inside the restaurant, it felt like I stepped back in time. I'll definitely be returning again!
