Frisch's Big Boy - Batavia

Even though they were closing in 2 minutes, the staff were friendly and courteous and working hard to get everyone in line their food quickly. Loved the food, as always. But, has anyone else noticed the Super Big Boy is getting smaller? I guess it's just part of the down scaling on portions that places are having to do right now.

MARIE! She is the kindest, sweetest, and most awesome member of the team! She is so friendly, polite, and professional! She has the best customer service!! This is the BEST Frisch’s in the area. Come in the morning when MARIE is there and you will see for yourself. She never disappoints, and I think she rubs off on her co workers. Way to go!! It’s so rare to get good customer service I filled this out in their parking lot just so I knew it got done and she got recognition. Please promote her don’t lose her. Thank you MARIE!!

This was the first time in a very long time that the cooks got it right. The onion rings were perfect not too crispy or too soft The chicken grilled was great and not over cooked but done we live 5 miles from this Frisch’s and a couple years ago we stopped going because it wasn’t clean and the food always came out not good but now things have changed and we will be back It was a great experience and service was much better Thank you we will be back

Went in an had lunch with my friend. Was a little bit of a wait because they are understaffed. This wasn't a problem just gave us time to chat. Our waiter was an amazing older man who was fast an kept our table clean and drinks full.

I was in Batavia helping take care of my grandmother, who was craving a Frisch's fish sandwich. We decided to hit the drive-thru and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent, quick, and efficient service we received. The food was delicious and made exactly to order. We will definitely be returning, just as we have been for many years! Thank you for consistently getting her order right! We truly appreciate your support for those 80 and older, as well as the generations that follow!
