Kfc - Batavia

I went in today with my father for some dinner around 5:30. They were pretty behind, which happens so we weren?t upset at all. They handled it all very well and were simply trying their best. There was a meat head customer who was swearing up and down anddid make my dinner quite unpleasant. He storms out calling the place ?r*tarded? and a lot of f bombs. He then comes back in andretrieves his kids and partner from the bathroom. Where they for sure could hear all of his nonsense. Stuff happens and I feelthat they handled the rush and the obnoxious man quite well. I?m writing this review mainly for the impatient people. Minimumwage workers don?t get paid enough to deal with screaming and yelling idiots who are only making it worse. You guys did a greatjob today.

Nice friendly courteous staff moderate prices plenty of parking. Nice place for a quick bite long john silvers and KFC are paired together so variety food choices

Absolutely not. The chicken was overcooked to a jerky-like texture, the bottom of my mac and cheese was charred black, and everything was served cold. I know it wasn't the delivery person's fault since she came straight here.

The chicken tenders had a flavor that suggested they were fried in old oil, while the fries seemed undercooked.
