Forget your actual order, just ask for random stuff off the menu because that's 100% what you're going to get. Telling them no cheese on a burger is like asking them to solve for Pythagorean's theorem, they simply can't comprehend it. Forget ketchup, napkins or BBQ sauce in the bag, you'll be lucky to get 1/3 items you asked for and you can safely bet your entire life savings on the fact that all of the toppings will be wrong. Robot workers can't come fast enough, I would GLADLY pay $5 more per order to actually get what I asked for instead of dealing with a bunch of incompetent stoners who are too busy talking and laughing to do their job even 10% correctly. I'm surprised they don't require their employee's to wear clown costumes in there because this place is 100% a joke. 30 minutes sitting in the drive-thru. 20 minutes before my order was even taken (I was told they were in the middle of shift change. Seems like the manager needs to get a better handle on this), 10 minutes just to get the two drinks I ordered. Very sad experience. Poor service that is easily addressed and fixed.
