The food was excellent, but I do have one major complaint: I waited in the drive-thru for 25 minutes during a blizzard. I watched as the employee made my cotton candy blizzard and then put it in the freezer. After that, she proceeded to take orders to cars behind me, forcing them to squeeze around me to get back onto the highway. Eventually, a different employee came over and asked what I was waiting for. I told her it was the cotton candy blizzard that had been put in the freezer 25 minutes earlier. If it hadn’t been so expensive, I would have just driven away. It also wasn’t practical for me to park and go inside to inquire about the blizzard due to the traffic situation and the kids I had in the car.
