Kfc - Batesville

Decent food, nice clean restaurant, we couldn't figure out why it wasn't busier. Batesville doesn't know what they have. I won't even go in a KFC in LR.

This is literally the worst place I've ever been to you have employees yelling at customers you have 2 employees that look like they're Married and fighting In the back you got a guy smoking a cigarette back there With one of the employees quitting andwalking out. There is probably 12 people in here that have been in here for an hour waiting on their order. The lady at thefront is trying to talk ppl out of there order because of how backed up they are. They keep telling us it's because they don'thave enough people but there's like 8 people back there it's a full house.

The chicken was crispy, though a bit dry. On the plus side, the ranch dressing really enhanced the flavor significantly. The drive-thru service was surprisingly quick, which was a positive experience. I can't give a proper rating for the atmosphere, but visually, it feels like it deserves a 2 out of 5.

On this occasion, I went inside to eat, but I needed to use the restroom since I'm pregnant. Once I entered the bathroom, I was shocked by how filthy it was; it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. To make matters worse, when I went to reach for toilet paper, I found someone’s used tampon lodged in the dispenser, and it even flew across my legs! I was beyond upset, especially considering the germs I might have been exposed to while pregnant. This place is incredibly unclean, and it’s concerning to think that if the restroom is in such terrible shape, the rest of the establishment must be just as bad. The table we were seated at was dirty, and it’s clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

The service has really declined. I've been waiting in the drive-thru for 10 minutes. When I finally approached to place my order, the girl informed me that it would take a while for my food—while I was still trying to order. What is that about? The second employee was friendlier, but unfortunately, my meal was overpriced and not worth the cost.
