Las Iguanas - Bath

On entry they ask if you are vegan if you are they give you a special menu and are considerate in the way they treat you!

A good affordable place in Bath! Upon entering the restaurant upstairs we were asked whether we wanted a regular or vegetarian menu. On the last one, everything vegan is clearly marked. It has five vegan mains (including two salads). We both took the mushroom fajita as main and the DIY guacamole as a starter. Fajitas were nice, got several dips with them. We were quite early and also really enjoyed the cocktail happy hour. Staff was very friendly.

One of my favorite restaurants in Bath! They offer a wide range of vegan and vegetarian options, with high-quality, healthy dishes. I really appreciate the generous portion sizes that are also affordable, making every meal satisfying and delicious. Additionally, I love that they serve cocktails and have a bar, providing everything you need for a wonderful evening out.

We tried to walk to the restaurant last Saturday night, but it was full, so I made a reservation for a few days later. I was pleasantly surprised by the vegan options on the menu! I ordered the Portobello mushroom fajita stack, and my partner had the chili—both dishes were really delicious. For dessert, they had chocolate and coconut tea or sorbet. We decided to order two tarts, but they only had one left, and this was around 5:30 PM on Monday. We ended up splitting it, and it was one of the best vegan desserts I’ve ever had! It came with coconut ice cream, and they even gave us an extra portion to make up for the mix-up. My kids had dessert issues too, as there were no regular brownies left, so they opted for churros instead. Overall, it was a lovely meal, though the dessert situation was a bit of a disappointment.
