China Wok - Baton Rouge

I will never return to this restaurant again. The boneless chicken was burnt on the outside and had a spoiled taste. I tried the shrimp and broccoli next, and it was even worse; the shrimp had a similar unpleasant flavor. The food had a terrible odor; you could really smell something rotten. The egg roll tasted old as well. This was the worst meal I've ever experienced, and I truly enjoy Chinese food. Please make sure to check your order before tasting or smelling it. This was a waste of money and an inconvenient trip.

I have been regular customers for almost a year, their food is excellent, always fresh and tasty. They are always polite, friendly and happy to see me. I love feeding them in my neighborhood for a quick snack or the whole family in a moment. They can't beat their prices and portions! You have to try the Teriyaki chicken attizer and egg rolls, I can't place an order without it!

As soon as you walk in you order from them from a plexiglass window. The drink is a bottle drink. I ordered General Joe's chicken..Chicken was overcooked probably be ause they reheated it wasn't fresh for hours. Too much sauce to mask the chicken.Rice was nothing in it plain. I couldn't tell if I was incarcerated or these people are just scared of customers.Theres boxes all in dining area. They obviously are tight on every aspect of this restaurant. I paid 10 for the food won't be back ?

Ordered salt and pepper shrimp and crispy shrimp using Waitr. First time ordering from China Wok. Food was soggy, lacked flavor and inedible. I attempted to peel the soggy crust off of the ?crispy? shrimp to salvage part of the meal and the shrimp were rubbery, didn?t work. I paid over $40 and could not salvage this meal.
