Po-boy Express - Baton Rouge

The shrimp here is incredible! Perfectly seasoned and crispy. I ordered both a shrimp basket and a shrimp po'boy, and the po'boy was loaded with shrimp! It was filled with little popcorn shrimp that were spilling out over the sides and onto the plate. So delicious and offered in a generous portion! The shrimp basket also came with a salad and fries, though I believe you can choose your own sides. What an amazing restaurant! The prices are quite reasonable too! I've visited many seafood spots across Louisiana, and this has become one of my favorites—possibly even my absolute favorite!

I always order the Philly cheesesteak, and it never disappoints—it's consistently delicious! The service is quick, and the staff is very courteous. While it is on the pricier side, I believe it's worth every penny.

This has been my favorite Po-Boy express experience so far. The Po-Boy was fantastic, loaded with shrimp. I also loved that their onion rings are sliced thin, and they provided a delightful sauce to accompany them. The staff was incredibly friendly and engaging, which was refreshing. It's great to see establishments where the staff maintains their level of attentiveness post-pandemic. I really hope they're taking good care of their employees, as many other places have struggled to cope with rising costs. The prices were very reasonable too. We enjoyed it so much that we even ordered three more to-go meals after dining in.

I only visited the drive-thru, but the staff member was extremely friendly. The wait time was short, and it was definitely worth it! The onion rings were the best I've ever had, and they give you a generous portion. My shrimp po'boy was delicious as well.

Poboy was good. Had a roast beef and gravy. Then half shrimp poboy. Both were good, but it seems they both had less shrimp roast beef than I remember.
