Bidra med feedbackThat had to be my worst experience with wendy. for a $10 meal, the patty was super thin and burned. it looks like a white Castle-Patty burned to detection. very disappointed by my sandwich.
Spent $45 for eating in the drive through a biggie bag for one of the items ordered. discussed the burger, and I couldn't get it. they said yes, it got home. it had cheese(no lunch for me)So we had chickensuggets. they were not in and bbq sauce...no ketchup. the hot spicy chicken sandwich without speck. there was speck. they were cold and good old. I live only 4 minutes away
The other night we pulled into the drive thru with an hour until they closed. The line wasn 't moving and we were very confused. Next thing we know we have a guy coming out to tell us they got a 60 dollar door dash order so they are closing early because the order was going to take them 2 hours I feel like this was just an excuse to close early since 60 dollars is like 2 cars in the drive thru. I just won 't go to this wendys anymore unfortunately
Honestly Wendys is doing a lot of good things. Biggest threats to them right now I would say are staffing and technology. The location near me looks like it hasnt had a makeover in 25 years and its drive through screen is perpetually broken.
They my have the best spicy chicken sandwich in the industry but it usually very slow service. I went by today and several of the orders were confused, wrong and customers got orders placed by either the drive thru or the lobby. In their defense they had trainees working bit it still doesn't change the fact that it is extremely slow on a regular day. If I see more than three cars in the drive thru I usually go someplace else. I recommend others do the same unless you have at least 20 minutes or more to spare.
