Never been here previously and went on a friends recommendation. Best Italian I’ve had (probably ever and I’ve been to Italy! Vanessa the manager was very friendly and helped make our family outing feel special. Highly recommend.

Really disappointed, expected a lot better quality. Antipasto is over priced for what you get and no bread included to eat with your cheese or Persutto. Chicken was dry and needed more sauce and no idea what the egg is for. Pizza base was lightly seasoned with a topping. Sparking mineral water came out with the lid of the bottle. No bubbles and tasted like tap water….It turned 8 pm and while I still had a piece of pizza in my mouth they came and cleared my plate off the table and said do you still need the plate?There was plenty of empty tables so no need to rush us out.Unfortunately there is enough Italian restaurants in the area that are much better to say I won’t be returning.

The dining experience was quite disappointing overall. Everything we ordered was mediocre, but the seafood pasta was, without a doubt, the worst dish I've ever had. It contained a cold scallop, a small garnish, a few mussels, and perhaps a smattering of tiny calamari all swimming in an overly salty sauce. I understand that finding staff is challenging in Australia right now, but the service was also quite poor.

Last week, we had a reservation for lunch and arrived five minutes early. However, we were ignored for a while as the front-of-house staff chatted with two other guests about restaurant matters. Eventually, we were acknowledged and shown to our table, but they didn’t take our names or check our booking. After a considerable wait, water was brought to the table, but that was the only service we received. Frustrated by the lack of attention, we decided to leave. It seemed like no one even noticed we had gone. The overall customer service was incredibly poor. We weren’t the only ones waiting; there were several other groups after us who experienced the same kind of treatment. Fortunately, we ended up having a delightful lunch by the Trevi lakeside, where the service was excellent.
