Ordering food for takeout at this restaurant resulted in a longer wait than expected, particularly for Mediterranean or Turkish dishes. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order to be ready. I did not dine in, so I cannot comment on that experience. Hopefully, the in-house dining experience is better than the takeout experience.

Service is excellent. some of the most friendly and careful staff and manager. ken and the others helped us to stand and were very warm and friendly. definitely recommend going here to support this location, even if it is out of the way for them. we had a great time. beautiful and clean place, great atmosphere and everyone makes them feel like home.

Our server, Alyssa, was very friendly but needs to work on her speed as it was extremely slow. When we arrived, the restaurant wasn't busy, but it still took almost 10 minutes to clean a table and another 10 minutes to take our drink order. My biggest frustration was that other tables who arrived after us received their food before we did. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich, dry with mayo on the side. After waiting for half an hour, I received a small child-sized portion with ranch dressing already on it. None of the food was hot, and the fries were cold. I decided not to send the food back as it would have taken too long to receive a replacement. Overall, the experience was not worth returning for.

They would give a star if it was provided to notify my super bowl party in an order on Thursday 2/10/22 to be picked up on Sunday 2/13/22 at 530 a.m. at the arrival at 525 a.m. to pick up my order I was told that they were supported and that my order would not be ready for another hour. so that would have been 630pm if the superbowl already started.at 630pm I went back to pick up my order and then again after my order asked one of the workers said he would check it and never after 20 minutes returned to the register to ask the hired. about my order he then said that I want a refund and at this time I was very frustrated by the super bowl. started and I had a house of people waiting to eat and still at 7 o'clock nobody could tell me about my order. know that the adel starts around 1830 clock, why submissions that cannot be fulfilled are needed at the time, so unprofessional and unorganized.

I would give a 0-star rating if I could. This restaurant completely ruined our Super Bowl party by not having any food ready for our guests. I placed an order on Monday for a 5:00 pick-up time, but by 7:00 it still wasn't ready. The staff seemed extremely disorganized, with people who had just ordered that day receiving their food before mine, despite having a specific pick-up time. No one was able to give us a clear answer on when our order would be ready. It was very disappointing and embarrassing to host a party without the main food. I advise the restaurant not to take on more orders than they can handle, as tonight there were many angry customers who will not be ordering from them again for future events.
