I placed an order through the Chipotle app and, after picking it up and getting home, realized that both bowls I ordered were incorrect. I returned to the restaurant to inform them about the mistakes. The employee handling online orders was quite rude when I asked her to correct the bowls, and she prepared them in a rather aggressive manner for the second time. However, when I got home again, I found that both bowls were still wrong. Frustrated, I called Chipotle and was told to return for a third time to receive the correct order. At this point, I was fed up and requested a full refund for my meal. They informed me that they couldn’t refund my order because it was placed online, and I would have to go through the app. I didn’t even keep any of the incorrectly made bowls. After contacting Chipotle support, they offered me just two free burrito vouchers as compensation for the inconvenience, which I found to be ridiculous given what I went through. I won’t be eating at Chipotle again. The service and quality simply do not meet customer expectations!
I discovered a barcode sticker in my guacamole. Additionally, they do not answer the phone.
We visited this Chipotle because they consistently deliver high-quality food! The food is always fresh and the restaurant is impeccably clean. This is always my go-to place for takeout or delivery. We stopped going to the Arches in Deer Park because the sofritas were swimming in liquid, and the pico and guacamole there looked like they were well past their freshness date.
Just ordered a chicken dish and was sad to see that it wants to open every chicken. The whole point of a chicken dish is the chicken and they totally don't have it. I don't understand how hard it is to forget the first choice of meals, but this place is terrible.
Chipotle has good food but customer service at this one is NOT good. Free guac coupons dont work unless you get the guac on the side? That 's crazy. And then your try to guilt the customer for wasteing food .
