**Opening Hours:** Late opening (after 9 AM) **Cleanliness:** The cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. The bathroom was particularly appalling; there was no toilet paper, no soap, and no paper towel dispenser or hand dryer. The trash bins were overflowing, and it was clear that the floors hadn't been swept or mopped. **Staffing:** There were three employees at the counter, but only one was actively working. Furthermore, there didn't seem to be a manager present. **Kid-Friendliness:** I had to get the attention of two girls who were dancing behind the counter to place my order, which made the experience less than ideal. **Wheelchair Accessibility:** Unfortunately, the bathroom door was blocked by baking racks and power cords, making it inaccessible. **Service:** The service was limited to takeout.

While the food was decent, I would rate it a 3 out of 5. The service, however, was quite good, earning a solid 4 out of 5. Unfortunately, the atmosphere left much to be desired, which is why I rated it a 2 out of 5. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience for a quick meal on the go.

Went in to get a bagel twist with cream cheese. At first they told me they can not put the cream cheese inside the bagel twist so I requested it on the side which they forgot to give me when getting my order . I let them know they forgot to give me the side of cream cheese they told me they didn’t charge it so I asked them for a side of cream cheese which they then tried to charge me $2 for just a side of cream cheese. Lack of customer service in this location they should really go through another training to better assist future customers.
