Ashley provided excellent service during our visit. The staff was amazing, and the food was fresh and served hot. I especially loved the root beer floats, and the ice cream was fantastic! The restaurant was very clean, and the service was fast, attentive, and delicious.

The restaurant really needs to address the fly problem, and it wouldn't hurt to clean surfaces beyond just the counters and tables.

The Ward's in Bay Springs, MS really needs some improvement. I understand that maintaining cleanliness can be challenging, but this restaurant had a significant number of dead flies in the windows and live flies buzzing around the coffee pots. My boyfriend ordered tomato gravy and biscuits, but I wasn't willing to eat there at all! My son and I ended up going to Hardee's down the street instead. That's all there is to it!
