Pic A Pac - Bayou Vista

I was filling out a job application while waiting for the cook to return. I asked one of the cashiers a question, and just then the cook walked in. I handed my application to another cashier and continued discussing my question when the first cashier unexpectedly started yelling at me, threatening to "mop the floor with me." I then asked the cook if she was preparing more food and if she could make me something, but she responded quite rudely with a "no." I was advised to overlook the situation since one of the cashiers was trying to help me with my job application. However, the cashier with dark hair and freckles had a terrible attitude. When I asked for her name, they refused to tell me. I was there at 8 a.m. this morning. If this experience affects my chances of getting a job there, then so be it.

I had a disappointing experience with customer service today. Around 12:30, the cashier was extremely rude. Her behavior was so unprofessional that five people ended up leaving because of it. When I asked to speak to a manager or for her to call one, she refused, saying I would have to wait until Monday. It was clear she had no intention of seeking help. This issue needs to be addressed—she has a significant attitude problem.

The chicken tenders at this restaurant are exceptional!

The recent renovations to the restaurant are incredible; its appearance is striking, and the staff is excellent.
