Starbucks - Baytown

My experience has always been great. I have been a client of this location for over 5 years and have not found any Starbucks with really good coffee near Baytown. Very… very… slow service. Very nice people though! Subpar latte after waiting 30 min tbh

Worst service ever! Refused to make the drink the way we wanted! Then I received a smashed lemon cake with a piece of the wrapping left on it. Worst ever, run away fast.

Well, first go... I love STARBUCKS! On the other day I ordered the new Stawberry funnel cake Frappuccino. I was very excited to try this! You know! Who doesn't love a funnel cake! Well, I have my order and that's what I have refunded. I was in a hurry and didn't even notice until I took a sip and there was no taste. I looked at myself and it was all white! I pulled to the side and stirred up with the straw. About 5 minutes. And very little taste. All I ask is that you train your people how the new things please do! I was wasted $5 for this drink to just throw away. ? A picture of what I have and what it should look like!

Wish they were faster. The only Starbucks where I usually take more than 10-15 for 2 drinks that are never special customized, so I only stop if I'm willing to leave to work 30 minutes earlier. I always order through mobile and when I arrive for pickup it's always later than the time given. But most importantly the drinks are always great and I don't think I've ever had my order messed up on!
