Domino's Pizza - BAYVILLE

This is the best pizza I've ever had! The team is outstanding and consistently delivers great results. All the food is fantastic, and they really excel at their craft! Other Domino's locations in the area often face issues, but here they always ensure everything is done perfectly!

They messed up my whole entire order and the assistant manager MASON said he was going to give me a refund since it was going to be over three hours late being delivered and said that the four pizzas and bottle of soda that I ordered should be there anyminute. Come to find out he called the delivery driver and had him come back with the food! I was having food delivered to Laceyauto care because they went above and beyond fixing my vehicle and I placed the order at 9:53 in the morning to be delivered by12 PM. So none of the employees ate lunch because they were waiting for the pizza and I called them back and said that the pizzashould arrive any minute, which obviously didn?t happen because MASON after telling me the driver is TWO MINUTES AWAY CALLED THEDRIVER AND MADE HIM GO BACK TO DOMINOS!!! I had to wait HOURS for the store manager to come in, and of course Lacey auto centerwas already closed. They delivered the pizzas the following day, but the main mechanic that worked on my car and deserved lunchon me was off that day! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MASON AND I WILL NEVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THEREAGAIN! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!! And the pizzas and soda they delivered the following day was WRONG!

This place disappointed me two times. The first time I ordered was online and ended up waiting over an hour for my order. It wasn?t till I decided to order again my son is on a pizza kick lol) that it was switched out to carry out because domino?scouldn?t provide me with the service in my area. I had to call on the day of because I chose delivery not carry out, and theyended up delivering it anyway so I didn?t understand why it was an issue for online. I like to order online for the coupon dealsand its more convenient since I dont carry cash all the time. The second time ordering I called by phone, sucked because Icouldn?t use any coupon deals, and yet again was disappointed by the fact that they came to my apartment complex and left myfood outside the front door. Mind you I live on the second floor. And they didn?t even have the decency to call me to let meknow my food was left outside. Luckily my neighbor was home and they were the ones to let me know about my food. And to top itoff, the bread pasta bowl I ordered, as I was cutting it in half I noticed a piece of hair in it! When I decided to take thepiece of hair out, it ended up being a long blonde strand of hair! I was disgusted! Never ordering from this place again!

I ordered four pizzas, and unfortunately, they weren't very good. It seemed like the sauce wasn't properly cooked, and the overall preparation felt rushed. Their pizzas used to be much better.

I've ordered from this restaurant twice in the past couple of months. The last pizza I received was terrible, and this time it was even worse. The bacon was nearly raw and had a large chunk of fat the size of a quarter. The second pizza even had stems from the peppers on it, which almost made me choke. This place has really gone downhill. I won't be ordering from them again—save your money!
