Carols Organic Eatery - BEACH HAVEN

This little food is absolutely phenomenal!!!! I'm not even sure how to start checking this wonderfully amazing place. I am a full-fledged vegan and able to find somewhere dedicated to serving the food that is so hard to find even in a big city, to find it in one of my favorite and treasure places, to go every summer, words cannot explain my excitement. The owners, Carol and Dan are some of the most wonderful people I have ever met so friendly and so patient. They went over and over to search for every ingredient in everything I ordered because my friend has fatal allergies to certain ingredients. The sausage pizza was one of the best we ever had. Our daughters got a traditional cake and they were blown away from the crispy and taste. The meatless meatball sandwich and the cheese steak would have deceived any non-vegan person. The desserts we excellent, I got the pumpkin squares that like Thanksgiving Day only tasted better!! (Sorry Mom) The vegan cheesecake was so creamy and wonderful, to me tasted better than a regular cheesecake in a gourmet bakery in New York. Dan went out of his way after working a whole day on his regular job to make his famous cinnamon rolls for me that last hours. The hours of creating the wonderful dishes they serve their customers are so worth mentioning again and again. Shortly before screaming at the top of my lungs with excitement from one of the water towers in Beach Haven, or the Ferris wheel in Fantasy Island this place needs recognition for the wonder they create every day. Tell your friends, family and neighbors. When you visit Long Beach Island, this place is worth a visit, vegans, vegetarians and carnivores alike. Thanks for my time on the beach so much more special. I'm back. Pizza saves life... The best shirt ever!! It is a wonderful addition to my wardrobe.

I heard some great things about this place of friends, so I thought I would make a detour from my London to New York vacation to review it. Believe me, I wasn't disappointed. Incredibly amazing food with super friendly service from the small team working there. There are many food options for everyone, you can vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, **** carnivorous or whatever. If this place was in Brooklyn or in the heart of NYC, there would be queues around the block. If you order in Dilemma, then try the pizza, it's probably one of the best crusts I've ever eaten. Look forward to a new visit to the daily specials when I am next to the USA.

From one Newark Italian to another, this place is amazing...the bread, sauce and the atmosphere is top notch. The food is outstanding and the people who create it are friendly and patient. Love this place and will return as often as possible. Thank you for making our time on the Island the best it could be.

Food is really good. Everything I've tried has been really yummy. The pizza is my favorite! Great sauce and thin crust. The decor is a little strange and it's a tiny place but definitely a good place to stop in for a bite. People are also very sweet.

The best food on the island, hands down. The pizza is incredible. My girlfriend had the veggie burger, fantastic! The food is organic; the small table area is cute to sit in and look at the fun antiques and history on the walls; but most importantly, the owners, Carol and Danny, are two great people who are trying to do the right thing provide delicious organic, local, vegetarian and vegan food. The prices are very reasonable, $8 $14 for all menu items.
