Bidra med feedbackSeriously? The grab and go freezer cooler is taped shut and a sign to ask associate for assistance. Long line for ice cream and I’m suppose to wait in that to ask them to grab a few pints of ice cream. Not happening. So I helped myself and then got reprimanded by a teenage employee. I’ll stick to Mitchell’s who has a huge cooler full of various sizes of ice cream to choose from (not just pint size) and trust their customers to be able to open a cooler.
Fun flavor selections here! Ice cream portions are large. Enjoyed a blended coffee drink. Great balance of coffee to ice cream. The amount of whipped cream was good too. Not too much or too little of it. The blended coffee drink was smooth too. Just the right thickness.
Found this place for a late night ice cream craving. I need this close to home. I got their famous raspberry chocolate chunk in a chocolate coated waffle cone. Mind blown. It's so good. Forgot to take pictures.
My husband and I came to Ohio for his class reunion. A few days ago we went to Mitchell’s because we did not realize that Graeter’s was across the street from our hotel. We figured that we would give it a try. The young man that took care of us, Brandon, was in training and he was very nice. The rest of our experience was not good at all. The girl behind the register actually looked mad because she had to put her phone down to check us out. There were two other girls behind the counter and they were not friendly at all, they were too busy talking to each other than to take care of customers, they we’re having Brandon do it all. The only reason that I gave it two stars was because of Brandon. We took our sundaes back to our hotel and we were very disappointed with what we had. The ice cream seemed tasteless (my husband had vanilla and I had salted caramel) and we honestly could not tell the difference between the two.We will go back to Mitchell’s after this where the ice cream had taste and their hot fudge tasted much better!
This place was just the right touch of sweet that we needed. They offer many flavors that can either come single or double scoop and in cone or dish.Elena's pb&j sounded too good to pass up and I was right! The blueberry ice cream with peanut butter and strawberry topping...let's not forget whipped cream and cherry! 1 scoop was good enough for me, but if your appetite is bigger go for 2 scoops! Seating outside and inside. They also have ice cream cakes available in the freezer it looked like and other delicious sweets inside too like packaged chocolate. They even had their sauce toppings for sale!We enjoyed the ice cream with our dog outside with a view of the market vendors that was happening right outside. Even had live music as well on a September Saturday lunch treat.
