Shake Shack Pinecrest - Beachwood

We tried our first Shake Shak as out of town guests ....and I'm baffled by the hype. It was so dirty, so expensive , confusing to order (it asked for a table number ?? , hair and dirt on the ketchup dispenser, not even got my 4 dollar lemonade, and food was just ok. 37 dollars for 2, just so disappointed.

We just wasted $30 on 2 burgers, 1 French fries and a couple of drinks. The burgers were cold like they had been sitting around for a while. This place is filthy dirty. The bathrooms are disgusting. Every table in the place was dirty with trash all over the dining room floor. We will not be back.

We love the burgers there. We went to celebrate last Thursday 10, some good news on my health! The food was amazing as always BUT the SMELL IN THE BATHROOM!!! OMG!!! was horrible! not just women's. also men's also all the zone! that is really not normal and really not nice at all!!! we ate outside and we never came back inside, it was HORRIBLE! I remember people cleaning tables, floors, and bathrooms all the time! no one was there last Thursday.... and THEY REALLY NEED SOMEONE CLEANING, not possible to eat with that smell. PUAJ!

I used to love this place, until my visit today. It's been a while since I have been here, and it has fallen off. When I walked in, the place was a mess. The service was terrible, and they were rude. They were busy, so I had to wait extra time for the food. You would think the food would be warm since it was so busy. Everything I got was barely warm. I noticed when I got to my car, but I wasn't about to go back as slow as they were, as well as rude. I spent over 30.00 on 2 sandwiches, fries, and nuggets. I would recommend going to this location. The only positive thing, is that at least my order was correct.

The area was good, such a nice shake shack and the food and shakes were good.Honestly if you can get to this shake shack, it's definitely a good vibe during dinner time.
