Alps Sweet Shop - Beacon

Charming chocolate shop! They have a fantastic selection of treats (apologies for the photo, it mainly shows street kids along with the bags... and chocolates!). The chocolate-covered almonds were outstanding, and the coconut toffee macadamia nuts were divine!

Delicious chocolatey goodness made directly on site. The dark chocolate grass are the best you will ever experience. Reese has no nut on Alps peanut butter cups, especially the dark chocolate. You want something else? Try her lemon moons. You're welcome.

The moment you walk into the restaurant, you're greeted by an incredible aroma. The chocolate tastes even better than it smells!

I absolutely adore the dark chocolate-covered Graham crackers and the dark chocolate marshmallows—it's all about the dark chocolate! This is, without a doubt, the best dark chocolate I've ever tasted. When I'm in Rockland County, I make it a point to stock up on my favorite treats whenever I'm in Beacon or nearby. The lovely young ladies who work there have the sweetest personalities and always make me feel so welcome. They even remember my favorite chocolates! The customer service is fantastic. I've even bought chocolate from here to send back home to Massachusetts, and they love it just as much.

The chocolates were super delicious. Loved the almond turtles and honeycombs. Shout out to Victoria who was super helpful in picking out the perfect gifts for family that is super ingredient conscious. She was also very kind and friendly. We also appreciate that she was wearing her mask and using sanitizer when handling items. Overall a lovely shopping experience. Will visit again.
