Update: I have found ordering ahead to pizza portal does resolve our quality issue We were super excited for this location to open up as we would normally drive to Culpeper or Warrenton. After stopping by a few times in the last few weeks they rarely have many pizzas, if any at all ready. The quality is nowhere near what we are used to, I get it's a five dollar pizza, but we've always liked the pizza from the other local stores. Compared to them, Bealeton is not on the same level. Today we stopped in and had to wait for a pizza to be made (they did not have any ready) when opened there was hardly any cheese. The pizzas rolling out of this place have not been good in our experience. 2 stars because it is edible and it's better than Pizza hut, but that's not saying much. Too bad we'll just go back to the other locations ....
Decent pizza, but the service here was absolutely terrible! Walked in and was told our pizzas were almost ready. After 30 minutes had passed we inquired about the status of our order and the supervisor on duty , who stood up by the register with a trainee the entire time, responds by asking we have a code for our pizzas. We had no idea what he was talking about, but apparently our pizzas had been ready for about 25 minutes and he never bothered to tell us! He left us standing there waiting for all that time and then essentially blamed us for not knowing that he had placed our pizzas into some warming device on the side that you need to have a code to unlock! Totally unacceptable! Will not be going back to this location ever again. Would recommend avoiding this location and going somewhere else that has much better service.
My wife called in our order for two deep dish pizzas. She repeated herself many times because the person taking the order didn't seem to understand. When I arrived the pizzas weren't deep dish. It took me awhile to explain that we had ordered deep dish. She took the wrong pizzas back and then informed me that I owed more money..but couldn't tell me how much. Finally she figured out how much I still owed. I've worked for another pizza chain in the past and I wouldn't have expected the customer to make up the difference when the person placing the ordered screwed up and I then had to wait an extra 20 minutes.
Do not let them give you a pizza from warmer as it was old, hard as a rock and the cheese looked weird. Cashier had no idea how long it was in warmer or what credit cards they accepted. They did cook fresh pizza upon my request. The pizza was horrible the crust was salty and hard like the dough was not made correctly and the cheese wasn't really melted. Definitely disappointed
