Oh wait it was awesome and very nice, but that's the only good thing about this place. The food was awful with no flavor and the water tasted horrible. With that the Lighting was very bad. When I first came in it was kinda dark.

The alcohol there is good and music is good. Service is friendly and easy to order. They have slot machines one can play if they wish. You can order food as well if you wish to eat. Good place to have a party

Don 't you hate when you look back and the red flags started before the door shut? Decided to stop in on a Saturday afternoon for carry out. When you walk in the hostess stand is right next to the door, not an ideal location since it can be tricky to get a large party inside because there is a table next to the door. Two servers were there but it seemed like only one was working. Ordering was awkward and seemed laborious. Red Flag 1: I asked if the pork ribs are country style or baby back, she didn 't know so she asked the extremely uninterested other server who said, country. Guess what readers... they 're not. Red Flag 2: When I asked about time frame, server straight asked me why. Why? Uh bc I want to know. I get it 's Bealeton but really, you have no manners? If I hadn 't already paid I would have turned and left. She tried to tell me everything is cooked to order...in a soul food place? Yeah right. It may be scooped out of the pan to order but not cooked to order. After some back and forth about being out of sides I get my food. That when I discovered the pork rib situation. Was also disappointed that rolls didn 't come with it. Red Flag 3: My Mom didn 't finish it and she is from that starving child generation and eating the whole apple vibe. If you still wanna try it, please avoid the corned beef hash. It looks like pan scrapings. This place could be so wonderful if the kitchen was better and they used a window order system and dropped the servers.

It was the best experience we had in Virginia. The fried chicken is outstanding. The best sides I've ever had!!!!! The ribs are delicious. Server was friendly and energetic.

My sister and I had stopped by for dinner one day last week. I had never been here and had heard good reviews from relatives. We walked into the restaurant, you could already smell a weird stench in the air. We figured it 's just the smell of a old building. We waited for a waiter to appear, no one came to serve us. Eventually a waitress comes from behind the bar area and tells us to sit wherever you want . We go seat ourselves. The waitress comes to our table and asks if we 're first timers. We were. She said she would give us extra time then. The menu was dirty, tore up, and all over the place. We placed our order and I asked about the bread selection written in the menu. The waitress says I 'll check on it while placing our drinks on the table. I take a sip of my sweet tea and it was the nastiest sweet tea ever. Not one drop of sugar in it. The waitress ignores us and finally I walk up to the counter. She 's nowhere to be found. When I finally see her again, she gives me a stank face and ignores me while making other drinks. I ask her for sugar, she looks around and says that there is none. I sit down and she comes out the kitchen 5 minutes later with a big dish of sugar and a spoon, I think to myself I gotta mix my drink myself? . My sister gets her appetizer of chicken tenders, it comes out the kitchen as chicken tenders and fries. It never said it came with fries, so my sister tells the waitress I asked for chicken tenders, so this isn 't what I ordered. . Not only that, but it only came with two chicken tenders and they were tiny. The waitress goes to get uncle b himself who looks as if he was drinking. He tells my sister that she should 've just said she didn 't want fries because that 's how he serves HIS tenders. My sister asks him how would she know it comes with fries, he says when you go to McDonald 's and order a hamburger, do you know it comes with bread? . Obviously hamburgers are known to come with bread. He takes a stance and tells us that we can leave his restaurant. The rude waitress comes behind him and says I have food coming out, so are y 'all staying or going? . I tell my sister, let 's go . It 's not worth it to argue with an unprofessional restaurant owner. Our first choice was Sibby 's, so if you want good food and excellent service go to Sibby 's. Sibby 's is also cheaper.
