Might want to include some utensils when someone orders a bowl. Three orders in a row and nada, so I’m pretty sure it’s not just a fluke and it’s employees not being thorough. For a $14 burger, you can throw in some plasticware. And you also forgot the mayo… guess it’s too much to ask that you just read the web order ticket, huh? Businesses and employees have really taken a turn for the worse since the whole COVID “stay home and get paid” laziness times. Time to get back to work people!!!!

Yummy Hamburger and Pommes. Delicious for the whole family. I love the fact that they are the same quality every time. Adaptation is a must. I suggest adding jalapenos every time. Make the burger so delicious. Clean interior and friendly staff ensure a good experience.

Food was good. But pay attention to your total on the receipt, they cheated me out of a tip. I went inside ordered my food picked it up. The card machine somehow charged me an almost $7.00 tip, according to the manager on duty that day. And even after calling to let them know, I still didn't get a refund. Be careful!

The only thing good was the young lady who greeted us. The prices were outrageous, $13 for a double cheeseburger, $9 for a hot dog, get real and we didn't get the usual amount of fries, not sure if it's just because it's Hilton Head but the bill was $34 for a hot dog, sm fries and a dbl cheeseburger, never going back

Tyler the manager makes the best cheese burgers at Bluffton 5 guys!!! Highly recommend this 5 guys. Tyler never disappoints when he is working.
