Absolutely European quality food in Beaufort! Fixed price menu from the husband and wife team serving multi courses of delicious food! It’s so nice to see the reasonable portions and a selection for each course. A very extensive wine list needsa local guide so ask the owner his recommendations! Reservations need for this dining treat! Mille grazi!

An amazingly unique and classy place. Perfect for a date night! For those looking to be fed an abundance of mediocre food this is not your place. Quality and unbelievable flavor is served here not “quantity”. Go to the Olive Garden if you think the portions are small. My husband and I drive from FL to have dinner here and Griffin has become a very special place to us. The staff is small and truly feels like a family. The owner is proud and unapologetic over the fact he knows what type of restaurant he has and we love that. You certainly can’t make everyone happy and you shouldn’t have to be sorry for that. I truly believe if you don’t have a great meal here, it’s your fault then. Sorry not sorry. Speaking of all this now….I just might need to take a drive and have a fantastic meal again! This is the type of local one of a kind place every town would be lucky to have.
