Mcdonald's - Beaufort

For the first time I've eaten McDonalds for a long time. Usually it's just coffee and the occasional Egg McMuffin. I always use the McDonald's app to pay for it. This afternoon I got a push notification that my points expire. Today. This McDonald's was on the way and so I stopped the app in every use to select my free reward articles, a spicy McChicken sandwich. That's it. No drink, no fries. During waiting, I could see that the store had to be cleaned. Spill on the floor, garbage on the floor, spill on the counter of spices / soda station. The crew member who handed out my sandwich was polite and understandable when she called my number. That was nice. Opening in the car was hot, but they seemed to have missed half the salad and maybe not on the sandwich. Not sure what happened. Total? Could have been better.

Customer service isn't very good. There's one really nice lady that takes your order at the drive thru but, the staff bagging your food either forgets something or gives you the wrong food. They don't speak, just opens the window hands you the bag or cups whole looking a completely different direction.

Food was good.. but they forgot to put all three of my kids extra fries in their happy meals with us being only ones in drive- thru. We were visiting and just too tired to go back for the food we were shorted.

Went to the McDonalds on Lady 's Island Tuesday 08/09 at 5:30pm this is not customer friendly and frequently out of soda. I can say that the lack of customer service is because they were short staffed, but every time I go there is plenty of staff. I went on a whim tonight walked in and of course the sign reads use Kiosk only. The front counter had two cases of Ranch dressing spilled out on the counter with dressing dripping. I ordered through the kiosk a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, 6-piece nugget, and a medium coke. I walked over to the counter and the man behind the counter, ranch dressing all over counter, gave me a cup, but then said, oh let me get you ice I do not think the machine has ice . Sounds very nice but when I walked over to both machines, they were completely out of soda and not working. I went to the young lady who was putting the orders together and had to get her attention. I told her that the soda machines are not working, and she said that the coke is working behind the counter. When I received my meal the Quarter Pounder with Cheese had no cheese but heavy on mustard to disguise the look of cheese. I told the man who gave me ice that there was no cheese on my meal he then asked if I wanted cheese??? I also mentioned that the soda machine does not have soda, he said that he will let someone know. This is terrible and needs improvement.

Rude people. I went thru the drive thru, rude guy took my order and the girl at the window handing out the order was rude and when I asked for a straw for my drink, she gave me a nasty look and said wasn't there one in the bag, and I said no, she gave me a dirty look.,. So I showed her the inside of the bag. And she still gave me a nasty look. And the food I got was not fresh or what I ordered.
