George Dragon - Beaumaris

I had a delicious burger! The meat was incredibly juicy. The Valisian rarity was one of the finest I’ve ever tasted, and the historic building added to the charm. I was really impressed. The service was excellent; the staff helped us learn more about the discoveries made during the renovation work, which dates back to 1410, if I remember correctly. Overall, it was a lovely experience. Thank you!

I recently visited a large traditional pub in Beaumaris village that offers a good selection of ales and food. The menu features classic pub fare. When we were there, the pub seemed to be running on a shoestring as there was only one young girl serving both the dining area and the bar, while the owners were busy in the kitchen. They were so swamped that they barely had time to breathe! However, the food was substantial, fresh, and hearty. We enjoyed the real ale pie, fish and chips, and spicy chicken burgers, all of which were of excellent quality. I would definitely go back!

Beautiful eating, beautiful environment and pleasant staff, we visited the Georgian and drachen for lunch, good quality and responsible price. after the disappointing visit in neptunes, the old chips served and with hardly any fishing, I would definitely recommend george and dragon.

This beautiful old pub is located in the center of Beaumaris. The original log fire adds a cozy touch during the winter months. The background music is at just the right volume, creating a pleasant atmosphere on quieter days. It tends to be quite popular in the summer, attracting both locals and tourists alike.

Nice pub. Food and drink were very good. Still suffering post covid staff problems, as most venues at the moment. Food orders finish a bit early.
