Deli Management Inc. - Beaumont

I had been waiting for my refund since 3/21/21from the mana er Nick at the Jones Rd 1960 location. He gave me the run around and never entered it in twice. Always an excuse or lie. Manager name Mr James politely put it in . Days later guess who contacts me Nick with more lies. I eat at Jason Deli all the time. So I called Miss Jennifer at the corparate office and explained the total incident. Without hesitation she resolved the issue. She was do kind and considerate of my problem. Just wanted to thank yall . Ill still eat at Jason Deli but not that one. Mr James was very sweet.

Something about this company is suspicious. I was trying to verify a check. She asked me if their address was on the check. After replying yes, she said well the check is good. I wasn't satisfied so, I called the bank the check was drawn at. Automated system said this feature is no longer available when I said check verification. My gut feeling is this company is a scam. Be careful people

I called regarding the decision to take the Sweet Potato Verde off the Menu and I am still so unhappy about this. As a type 2 diabetic I seldom have potatoes but could and always did order this sweet potato with Turkey and Avocado it never failed and always delicious. I could make 2 meals with it and now frankly I have no reason to go back.

This company buys e-mail addresses and spams people. I have never been to Texas, yet now they have me on their mailing list.
