Mcdonald's - Beaumont

I wanted to order another iced mocha, but they told me the machine needed cleaning, which seemed unnecessary since I was ready to order. When I finally got my coffee, it wasn’t what I had requested. I’m not even sure what it was, but it definitely wasn’t a mocha. When I mentioned it to the staff, they simply added some chocolate syrup to the coffee and called it done, but it still didn’t taste right. I ended up throwing it out and going somewhere else. If you decide to visit this place, be cautious. It’s located in a sketchy part of town. On the same night I was waiting for my coffee, a stranger tried to sit down next to me and asked for a dollar. Overall, it was a strange area with poor service and wrong orders.

My grandson Zy to McDonald's for breakfast. It quickly got everything we wanted, and the food was excellent. Food: 5/5

Overall Customer service, and food quality sucked.. would NOT recommend this location...Went there about 9:15pm…1) worker said she couldn’t mix the McFlurry..2) They didn’t have any sweet tea..3) French fries are over cooked…4) It seemed like the employees didn’t want to be there..5) The front end worker had her earphones in and couldn’t hear a thing we were saying when we repeatedly said something to her then she finally took one out after asking what we said multiple times..6) Shift leader was yelling out tasks.. so loud he was rude..7) One worker had his pants so low his underwear was completely showing..8) Chicken sandwich was way over cooked…

The food was great of course McDonald's food is normally really good but it took an exceptionally long time in the Drive-Thru cars moved about one car every 3 minutes or so and therefore I gave it four starsFood: 5/5

Terrible customer service, always says frappe machine is down because workers are too lazy to use it after 10pm! Do not recommend but also not much to expect from mcdonald’s.
