Bidra med feedbackThe food here was amazing. For lunch, and I ordered the Calimari and it came with a travel vinegar that the combo really complemented. The tempera was not fat and my favorite was the onion rings. I always try the cucumber salad in Japanese restaurants and this one had another dressing on it like a sesame dressing that was great. I tried the California hand roll and it came like a funnel Burrito. I was hesitant to eat it, but it actually worked. Definitely will come back.
Best sushi and Japanese food in Beaumont. I really like their rainbow roll (minus the sauce), dragon roll, California roll, unagi roll, and lion king roll. They also have good bento boxes with chicken teriyaki, gyoza, and rolls. I also enjoy their unagi bowl and their udon soups tofu, chicken, and shumai are delicious. The restaurant has expanded, so now it's twice the size. The restaurant is always clean, and they do a lot of to go orders. The staff is always helpful and nice. I have been visiting this location for over 4 years.
Our server Jessica was the most beautiful server I've ever had, and I'm eating out every weekend. Eating was also great, but with a beautiful server the experience makes so much better! Will definitely be back.
I was very impressed. I eat a lot of sushi and I know what is good sushi and what it is not. I had hot green tea, yellowtail-sashimi and an aloha roll. For some reason, it took a while to make them give me free edamame. The tea was high quality, fresh leaves scattered into the pot, not from a small shop bought prefabricated baggy. The yellow tail was cut beautiful and thick and was fresh and tasty. The Aloha roll was great too, they didn't bother. That wasn't the best sushi I ever had, but it was really good. Very impressive for a sushi spot in the middle of the desert. The ambience could use some work, but the food was on site.
I placed an order on the evening of 08/06/2022, was told that it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I show up 20 after the call to find that my order hadn't been put in and the young kid working the cashier apologized saying they were slammed even though there was only 4 families dining in. He assured me that the order would take no longer than 10 to 15 minutes to make. 45 minutes later a different lady, short with short brown hair brings my order and when I ask if everything was there, she rudely says you are more than welcome to double check my work. Not trying to make a scene and taken back by her attitude, I leave with my order. Once I get home I find that 3 Rolls are missing, the miso soup is luke warm and all of the side sauces I asked for are not there. After speaking with the cashier via telephone, he was very apologetic and kept saying they were so slammed and offered me a refund. I accepted the refund offer but was informed that their manager could only process the refund and that she was not in until the end of the shift. 3 days later, no refund. I called again and asked to speak with the manager, the kid that answered the phone had a snarky attitude wanting to know why I wanted to speak with them then suddenly the manager wasn't in and he could take a message and have the manager call back. Of course no call back, called again 2 days later and got the same run around that no manager was in. Called again 1 week after the first call was made and was told the manager was working at their new Yucaipa location, so I called there. Was told She was the sushi chef for the evening and would call back, again no call back. I was left no choice but to dispute with C/C company. I ate here regularly and the food has always been good, but they are really lacking in customer service.
