Arby's - Beaver Dam

Love this place! Always fresh warm food here. Your new wrinkles are the best and much better than McDonald's Pommes. I never thought I'd say that, but Arby's now in better hands. Please never take them away again. Well..I had already given 1 star today (4/15/22 at 15:45 am), although today I was from a pretty bad young lady who worked the ride thru, but I'm rating the restaurant against her bad attitude. A rotten apple. After I left the drive-thru, I realized that they gave me curly pommes instead of stealing Fritten, so I actually had to go to the store to exchange them. When I told a nice young man that my pommes were wrong, the young lady who worked the drive hid behind a wall when she screamed very loudly. What does she say? So I called from the other side of the counter that she's dead is wrong and not cursed about me while I'm right there, but can't she see she should have said Oh I thought I heard her say ludicrous pommes, my mistake, let's get some new bangs for her instantly. So it should be done to provide great customer service. I know because I worked in fast food. The other 2 gentlemen who worked there were very graciously treated my situation perfectly by giving me freshly cooked knitter fries, which I would like to wait for them to keep me the curly pumice instead of throwing them away. I'm sorry they have to work with her. It must suck for her. Errors happen, but their setting that runs through the drive was not unacceptable. A manager has to straighten them out or just get them out before you lose the business because of their bad attitude and very loud mouth.

Delicious food. Had no mask to wear, place was clean, employees were politely helpful. Had the mozzarella sticks delicious. Also, one of the Jalapeno Poppers from there, the Jalapeno dipped right out when I took a bite. Had the smokehouse breeze but was too full to try

The staff was friendly, and although it took a bit longer than expected to receive our food (two roast beef sandwiches), everything was fresh and tasty, and we had a great experience overall. We ordered our food, took our dog for a quick potty break, and used their clean bathrooms before hitting the road again. If I pass by again, I wouldn't hesitate to stop here—you won't be disappointed.

The staff were very efficient and friendly. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. Everything was clean, including the toilets. This Arby's is one of the best we have eaten and will continue to visit when in the mood for their delicious meals.

I've never had an issue with this restaurant. The staff are always friendly, the food is fresh and served quickly, and the fries are never stale. They always get my order right. It's more affordable for my family than McDonald's, and the quality is much better.
