Burger King - Beaver

If you're looking to be ignored, this is the place for you! We were the only customers in line and waited there for several minutes while two male employees completely overlooked us. One was cooking and didn't even acknowledge our presence, not even bothering to let us know that someone would be with us shortly. He handed food to another customer without a word. The other young man walked past us multiple times without saying anything. After a few more minutes of waiting, we almost decided to leave when a lady finally came to the register to assist us. Once we received our food, my husband thanked the cook, but he just walked away without responding. The customer service was dreadful, and the atmosphere was unfriendly. This was likely the worst service we have ever encountered. Some of our school buses with kids stop here... that won't be happening again! They really need to take some customer service training or reconsider working with the public!

Excellent customer service, everyone had a great mood, and the food was good.

The potatoes were terrible, but that was the only downside to the experience.

The employees were very rude and seemed indifferent to everything. This definitely needs to be addressed.

If I could put negative stars I would! Absolutely appalled by the managers treatment, the employee took my order wrong missing items which I had repeated my order to twice). When I went back to ask for my missing items I was told by the manager that my items were never charged and to get back in line I would had gladly payed for the items cause that's what I intended to do the first time) but her attitude and way she spoke to me was uncalled for, she was extremely rude probably cause I am hispanic too.
