Papa Wood Bbq - Beaver

I had Papa Woods BBQ cater my son's graduation party today, and everything was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. Everyone couldn't stop talking about it at the party! Thank you so much for making it all so easy for me; I was able to relax and enjoy the celebration while they took care of the cooking.

I returned to the crowded line to put sauce on my food and went back to my table to eat with my kids. As I was eating, my friend noticed a man standing behind me for a minute. My friend thought he was just looking at what I ordered. Suddenly, this man slammed a $20 bill on the table, grabbed my food, and said, “Find something else to eat!” He then threw it in the garbage. We were all in shock. When he passed by, I asked if this was about the BBQ sauce, and he told me to "read the sign!" I was appalled by his behavior. Not only did I lose my dinner, but my kids did too, and they had no idea why this man took their food. My daughter ended up crying, and my wife had to take her to a vendor up the street to get something to eat. I've never been treated so poorly in a restaurant, let alone in a situation like this. I felt embarrassed and incredibly disappointed by the way this person acted. I asked my friends if anything I said could have been misinterpreted, and they assured me it hadn’t. Their meals were also ruined by this experience, along with their young children’s enjoyment of the outing. Situations like this make me lose faith in people, especially when you take your family out for a nice evening and leave feeling this way. Based on their conduct, I wouldn’t recommend this place. My friends also shared negative reviews about the food. I sincerely hope Stick City reconsider this food truck because we love visiting them, but we absolutely won’t tolerate being treated this poorly.

I had the chance to check out the food truck, and it was a great experience! Ordering was simple and the wait time was short. The food was delicious as well! I would definitely visit this place again.

Ribs were really tasty, mac n cheese was decent, not a big portion.

The Mac n cheese was hot and cheesy , my 9 year old loved it and so did I! You can get toppings added and bbq sauce, but we just hair regular.
