Beaver-vu Bowl - Beavercreek

I arrived at the restaurant at 8:45 and was asked to wait until 9:00. When I returned at 9, the first comment from the manager, Brian, was, “You guys aren’t here to bowl, are you?” We took it as a joke, but then we were informed that we couldn't bowl since they were closing in an hour. When I inquired about his name, Brian asked if I was “staring him down.” To top it off, he told us not to come back. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was so troubling that I felt compelled to share it.

Fun place! Good food. The lady that runs the bar is fantastic!

Nicest bowling alley in the region, by far! Always clean, great location and lots of parking.

Went to sign up for queen of hearts. Nice people!Bowling alley is huge. Very clean nice.

Always nice to visit a well ran, well maintained bowling center. Making the trip from Oregon for the High School National Bowling Championship it was a pleasant experience being at Beaver-Vu Bowl.
