Buybuy Baby - Beaverton

This restaurant has permanently closed, despite what their website indicates. I drove all the way out here only to find the doors taped shut. It was a complete waste of time.

When I inquired about my membership today, I was informed by Kara that it was no longer active, and apparently, my perks had expired last Tuesday without any prior notice to me. Feeling concerned, I asked if there was anything we could do about the situation, but she dismissively told me that I was essentially out of luck. I then requested to speak to someone else, as it didn’t seem fair that my recently purchased membership had lost its benefits without any warning. Instead of assisting me, she told me I needed to leave the store because I was interrupting her. This seemed absurd, as I was merely trying to make a purchase and clarify my membership status. Kara's behavior was uncalled for; she appeared to be venting her frustrations about her job on me, and I was treated very unfairly in the process. I believe she should not be in a position that requires customer interaction because she clearly lacks the necessary skills. I would recommend avoiding this location and opting for the Clackamas store instead, where hopefully the staff will treat customers with the respect they deserve.

!!! The store is closed !!! Google Maps needs an update. It seems that all Buy Buy Baby locations have permanently closed, along with their parent store, Bed Bath & Beyond, due to bankruptcy. Please don't rely on the hours listed here; you'll be disappointed if you drive into a vacant parking lot and an empty building!

Very disappointed with the baby registry here. Seems like everyday we have to update the list because things are constatnly running out of stock, it's been very frustrating. The items they recommend replacing them with are also often out of stock.......Would not recommend using this for a baby registry.

Been in here a few times as we ‘gear’ up for baby #1 and sort out our registry. Everybody has been incredibly helpful and knowledge. Well stocked, clean store with a broad range of merchandise options from high end to affordable. Highly recommend a visit.
