Bidra med feedbackWe've been here a few times. Food is good, plentiful, and comes out quick. Do wish they checked back in for drink refills a little more but overall a nice little spot for sit down service.
Delicious food, good prices, clean restaurant, kind staff, good drinks. Make sure to try the homemade Sangria. Definitely coming back.
Terrible service!!!! Bad, bad service of an employee. I think everyone knows what I'm talking about. We are loyal customers of this otherwise a great restaurant for about 10 years. BUT recently, most of the good servers have gone away and there is now a very bad server. He's a man who seems to be in his 30s. We noticed this terrible service for the first time that he was waiting for us. He would spend most of the time following the young bus girl and talking to her. There were several times when we walk in and there's no one else in the restaurant and no one in the bar and he's nowhere to find for up to 10 minutes. And then, if he gets a few more tables, he's so unorganized that he forgets his other tables. I'm just gonna let her go. The guy's just not cut out for the job. We've been in the restaurant five or six times since, and the service with this guy is always the worst. So we started to give him the tip we thought deserved. What it was about 7%. And that's because he would just go to our table after the time and never even look at us. The restaurant was empty. He's not a good server and I don't know why he's here. He has no good customer service qualities. Typically, if a customer leaves a tip reflecting of the service they receive, an opportunity for the server may reflect what kind of service they provide. Not him! Watch this! Unfortunately the last time we were there, he actually followed me to the parking lot when I was in my car, and he knocked the credit card slipped and fell on the floor before me: so I could see his inadequacy. Then he pretended to get into the passenger side of his car. But when he first came out, he looked like he was following me directly to my car door and came in a few feet from me. He scared me for a second. He knew exactly what he was doing. This is not safe, this is not appropriate, that is very bad! The guy has to go. We won't be back until he's gone. We did not notice paying the higher prices in exchange for consistency and service. But I would prefer to drive to another company that has been set servers based on their ability to interact appropriately with customers. It is currently July 2022 and this began about May 2022
Juan Colorado is always one of my favorite places to go since moving here from out of state. My partner and I will make any excuse just to come here, dine and drink. They always make the most delicious food, the most amazing margaritas, and the environment is so cozy! If I could go here every day I would.
I have been coming to this place for over 6 years now. How ever today 5/21/22 I experienced the worst service ever from Mohamad. Not only he was prejudice against my family and I, he also refused to serve us. Businesses get busy when they are not expecting it but they need to teach there employees that customers need to be respected.
