Yuubi Sushi - Beaverton

We just got Yuubi for the first time and ended up doing pickup and oh my gosh, do not sleep on this place! We savored every single bite and cannot wait to dine in. We had: Spicy Tuna hand roll Salmon Hand Roll Truffle salmon nigiri Yuki roll Pink dragon roll Every single thing from the quality of the fish and the ingredients to even the fragrance of the vinegar was unmatched. The Pink dragon roll is going to be something I order every single time!

My new favorite sushi spot! Excellent quality sashimi and rolls. I always judge a place by its yellowtail sashimi, and theirs was very fresh with great flavor. The Yuubi handroll was delicious as well. A hidden gem! I recommend making reservations though, as the building is quite small.
