After a recent change in ownership, a new and improved Chinese restaurant has emerged. The menu offers a variety of delicious dishes that are always served hot and delivered promptly by friendly drivers. The food speaks for itself and is a must-try for anyone craving authentic Chinese cuisine.

I decided to eat here because it's just a 10-minute drive away. When I picked up my food, it was still very hot and tasted delicious. This is the best Chinese food in Bedford. The price is also great value for money.

I called to order food, but the man on the phone was rude and became annoyed when he couldn't hear me properly. I waited for an hour and a half for the food, only to realize that half of my order was missing. When I brought this up, I was told that I never ordered those items, and the man started shouting my order at me, which was still incorrect. He even blamed me for his mistake, claiming that I didn't order certain items. The food was just okay, nothing special, but the customer service was terrible. I will never eat here again. 0 stars.

This is the most awful experience I've ever had. Terrible. I placed an order on their website, the payment was processed, but I did not receive any confirmation. When I called to inquire, I was told that I should have ordered through Yo-yo and it was my mistake for using their website as they no longer work with Yo-yo. However, their website still had the option to order through Yo-yo. The customer service was atrocious and extremely unhelpful. This basic establishment provided the worst service possible.

This Chinese restaurant is the worst I've ever been to. It's not worth your time. The staff are rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. I witnessed a heated argument between a man and a female staff member in front of everyone. When I tried to place an order, I was abruptly told that they couldn't take my order, despite seeing them take an order over the phone. When I tried again, I was told the same thing, with no explanation. It's shocking to see such terrible customer service in this day and age. I ended up going next door to a different restaurant where the staff were welcoming and polite, and I spent over £100 there instead. Avoid this place at all costs. Customer service is important and sadly, this restaurant lacks it completely.
