I have ordered from there twice, and both times they forgot to include something in the bag.
The smoked brisket is amazing, especially when paired with the onion rings and BBQ sauce. Delicious!
The fries were warm, but the meal was disappointing because we didn't receive the Arby's sauce we ordered, and there were no napkins or straws. However, the sandwiches were fantastic, and our order arrived quickly. Oh, and the milkshakes were surprisingly still not melted!
