Buddy's Bbq - Bedford

I just grabbed some chopped Brisket sandwiches. My countries... extraordinary sandwich! My daughter, who is kind of picky, breathed her sandwich! General serving of meat stacked on a roasted bread with red onion and pimples, sauce on the side... not even the sauce...we come back... excellent food and service!!

We tried this place because someone recommended it. Don't be fooled by the exterior because there is great BBQ inside. We tried the ribs, chopped brisket, and taco with pulled pork. I grabbed a rib and the meat just fell off the bone. Both the ribs and brisket were great with or without their BBQ sauce. I really couldn't decide if I wanted sauce or not. The taco was interesting at first, but it was quite good. Loved the crazy corn, coleslaw, and potato salad.

Grill is absolutely delicious. The ribs were some of the best I ever had. This is definitely one of my new places!

I love this place. I was with my family yesterday and it's so close to my house. Yes, it is also a convenience store that my children loved so that they can buy what they wanted and whatever ice bar. But the BBQ was excellent, but I would have asked for more marble pieces of chopped brisket as I love the fat. Lol sauces were good and portions were big. I have sausage and chopped brisket. My friend has two meat sandwiches of sausage and minced meat. The children shared a sausage sandwich and a Mac and cheese. It was great. I have the potato salad I loved, and the Cole Slav, which was fine. Children (ages 5 and 6) loved their Mac and cheese and ate their whole sandwich. They are usually picky eaters. I also had the banana pudding (I took it home) and friend had the Cobbler. Everything was great. You can eat or take off there. You also have this Zeke sandwich where you can sample all 5 meats on a sandwich.

They're pretty good and people working seem nice. Was torn between brisket and ribs. No regrets going with brisket. Love that they have fried okra as well. Always nice supporting local businesses. Update.. Ordered the Zeke today and this thing is ridiculous. I had the thought that I would be able to eat the entire thing. Probably enough for three people to get and share. I love this place.
