That's all. ORIGIN. They always make mistakes in my order. Always missing items, and I always have to come back. They have no common sense of apologising for their mistakes, the lady on the photo has not at all welcomed, not recognized as if I did not exist, you missed 2 items if I present my order. I had to come back this time. She doesn't apologize for her mistake. They also talk about me in Spanish, with the other guy standing behind her, because last time they forget my stuff, they thought I don't understand Spanish. Please avoid ordering this place. Very unprofessional, shameful on pollo loco for hiring this kind of employee.

It has just found out that on Tuesday they have $1 chicken Carbonara tacos, not what I thought to get because I love the grilled chicken plates, but everything is absolutely delicious here, so you can go wrong, no matter what you get. And the staff is so friendly and fast. Definitely my go to place if I want an excellent grilled chicken.

I can't believe we didn't stop before, but so glad we did. Service was very friendly, the food was so good. The chicken was very tasteful and the Mac cheese was so good. The manager Denzel was a great manager who was constantly busy doing orders, but always checking on people in the dining room. Rosa took our order, she has such a positive attitude beautiful smile.

We love El Pollo Loco, but we did not get all our order by the ride a few minutes ago. No salad or churros included after we asked the lady if everything was there. So disappointed when we came home! I tried to call, but no one answers the phone.

Ordered the new Birria tacos which were very good but the sauce is supposed to be a consommé dipping sauce which it was not. It was a very strong enchilada sauce. When I asked about they said that was the correct sauce. I had this at another El Pollo location and this is not the same sauce. The sauce makes this meal great. This was not great.
