Victoria did it! It was my second time in this place, owner I suspect the same man as last time I was attentive and worried that your happy with you order. Very personal. I drive the additional distance for the additional service.

Had just received a speeding citation, invalidating my entire day of badly needed work I'd just finished doing, and I guess since I ordered only one thing the guy at the window added an extra cookie to go along with my order. He didn't have to do that, but thank you.

I had a great experience with the customer service here. Last night, my order arrived cold and didn't taste very good, but I understand it was just 20 minutes before closing time. However, I spoke with the staff about it, and Amanda was really helpful—she gave me a new meal at no charge, and it was hot and delicious. Excellent job!

The person who takes orders is really rude and seems annoyed with customers. When I ask for something, I expect it to be done without attitude. It feels like you don’t care at all, and it shows—there’s hardly anyone there, likely because of you. And yelling through the window was just unprofessional.

I absolutely love this KFC location! The customer service is outstanding, and the food is always freshly seasoned. I consistently order the KFC shell, and it never disappoints—it's always filled to the brim with plenty of gravy and chicken. A big thank you to the team at this restaurant; I truly appreciate all of your hard work!
