Pollo Regio - Bedford

For a chicken restaurant to run from chicken to top dinner time of 6 pm is a good sign and bad sign. Well, that it's a sign for good food and business... Bad in it How can you walk out of the chicken! The drive-thru was full, so I went in. Wait for 20 minutes, just to say they don't have chicken anymore. Seems they knew that before the time!

Typically, their food is amazing, but last Sunday we went early evening and ordered the 2 chicken family meal that is not cheap. The chicken tasted very old and was extremely dry. The beans were very watered and the whole meal was quite rough. I was disappointed because we eat about $50.00, which tasted like old reheated dry chicken and aqueous beans. Yeah?

The food is definitely five stars. But I give four stars because they charge too much. This is not a beautiful place! It is a good but not a nice?.all locations are in the bustling parts of the city and often have bums chilling in the parking lot. Good food, but this place must be set up for their prices

Food was out of this world!!! Carne asada inside the tortas was so moist and tender and their endless chips and salsa bar is like none other!!! All their food taste GREAT, they do not miss the mark when it comes to good food!!!! Rebecca and the team are sooo sweet, with the brightest smiles and amazing service from the beginning to the end? they make us feel at home easily!

I was at the drive thru Arlette was the cashier she got my order just perfect, down to the t. The best customer service I?ve ever had, my wife and I always go on the weekends.
