Bidra med feedbackI ordered online to pick up. I didn't get the bread or one of the beats I chose. I ordered a melt. The bread was roasted with black spots and it was hard like a brick. The chicken was cold. I picked it up right away. I never come back here. Go to the subway on Cheek Sparger. You always get my order right.
Staffs are great and very nice.however, most of the ingredients are out of stock. :
I will never order from this store again. Today was my first and only time. Got my order though door dash payed all the money only to have to drive up there because they wouldn't answer the phone. They new that they were wrong didn't get all my money back. Never again . And I don't know what that is on that paper . And I call corporate
This is by far my favorite Subway in all of DFW. The manager, Austin, always goes above and beyond to insure that every experience I have is better than the last. On several occasions I have witnessed customers be very rude or try to treat the employees poorly, always over things that are clearly out of their control, however I'm always relieved because of the professional manner in which the employees handle those situations. I go out of my way in order to get my sandwich from this location!
I ordered a chicken sub on the ubereats app. I waited for 40 minutes and then a driver was picking up my order and they called and said they are out of chicken so I said I guess just cancel it then, sorry they had you drive out for nothing. Then subway didn 't cancel it and had a 2nd and then a 3rd driver show up to no chicken. I had to reach out to uber to tell them what was going on. I think the people working tonight at subway might actually be special
