Bidra med feedbackThe the wings and catfish were great. They have a nice selection of combos and flavors. They also have a very clean and awesome looking dine in.
Just great tasting food… price wise is has all its other competitors beat gads down
It was.. fine. Not the worst wings I've ever had but the dining experience was comparable to a gas station. Take out is 100% preferred. I'd love to see more specials, deals, new wing flavors, and just some kinda sign that this place is alive and not just there as a quick grab for cash.
The wings and fries were great, I had mild Buffalo. The ranch and blue cheese were mediocre. My husband had the catfish and it was ok definitely not the best I've ever ate.Overall it was pretty good.
Boneless wings are good but expensive: $6.99 for an order of 8.Catfish dinner is $14.99 for a 4-piece meal with 2 sides, but the portion size is not big enough for that price. I called in a pick-up order and made sure to order “enough tartar sauce for 4 pieces of fish” and when I checked before leaving the drive-through, there were two containers of tartar sauce—not enough. I asked for more and reiterated “enough for 4 pieces of fish” and she handed 2 more containers of tartar sauce out the window but wanted to charge me an extra dollar, so I handed them back. Got down the road and opened the tartar sauce and it was rancid—plus the cole slaw tasted like it had been stored in a container with bleach or soap or something. It had a very strange taste. So I turned around and went back, went inside and the cashier gave me a very hard time, saying “well no one has ever complained before.” I honestly did not care about who had ever complained before (or not), I cared that the food they gave me was not fit to eat. She asked how she could make it right and I asked her to remove the cole slaw and just give me another order of fries (since you only get about a dozen small fries with an order, apparently). She commented that she had been going to give me the tartar sauce until I threw it back at her. I exclaimed “I did not ‘throw it back at you, I handed it back’ to you!” She corrected herself and reiterated no one had ever complained before, and said she didn’t know how the tartar sauce could be rancid as they do keep it in the fridge. I told her to go ahead and taste both items to verify what I was saying. She said she wouldn’t do that. When she went back into the cooking area, there was a repeat customer in there who came over and asked me what was wrong with the cole slaw and when I told him, he said “it’s often warm” and shook his head no like it wasn’t good for him either. When I got my container of food back, the replacement tartar sauce was rancid too and there were about a dozen more fries added to the box. Not enough to spend $14.99 on.Thanks anyway, Forte’s—I’ll definitely go elsewhere the next time and spend my money where I get a decent portion size, better service, food that is fresh and edible.
