Our donuts were gooey and the workers knew it... they put them in a box so they wouldn't stick to the bag... and they weren't fresh. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Seems like every time I turn around they get my order wrong or leave items I asked for off. They don’t give you a receipt or tell you your total until you get to the window which I’ve never been a fan of. If the purpose of that is to be more efficient and move the line along it doesn’t matter if the customer’s order ends up being incorrect. Very depressing and discombobulated. Management needs to hire more help.

This has to be one of the worst DD in the country.the staff is woefully incompetent, rude, and antagonistic. especially the woman that manages In the morning.the final straw was today when I went in and there was a literal mouse just walking around the dining area, staff seemed unbothered by this. gross.

If you're going to stop serving an hour before you close to clean , then why not just close at 8 pm?

I came to visit the Dunkin Donuts in Beecher Location I was driving thru to go back to Indiana and the cashier name Jay was very helpful and pleasant with the decisions to choose what type of sandwich and donuts I wanted. thank you Jay with your Hospitality I will be back to Visit.
