Pench O The Resort - Behat

Loved my stay here the service quality and room and hotel ambience is top notch. This is the defination of luxury and hospitality. Some notes though 1) overall dinner could be improved in variety and taste. 2) Breakfast is awesome but 1-2 live counters would make it even better 3) This is not for the hotel but for the guest who are traveling with kids I see most of the kids throwing away or wasting large quantities of food please dear parents look into that. Loved my stay would definitely come back..

Worst experience I won't even imagine to visit this place again.. Bad maintenance So many houseflies in the kitchen and in my food xD

We spent our most memorable wedding anniversary at Pencho. Excellent service. The staff definitely knows how to take care of their guests. They have a great eye for detail. They observe to understand what we want and always quick to help and to surprise. We dined at the Oriental Express and it was an excellent experience. They surprised us with anniversary cakes and a very special gift. We had a wonderful stay.
