Firehouse Subs Tollgate Marketplace

I ordered a Veggie Sub, and it had everything I wanted on it. The vegetables were fresh and flavorful, and the mushrooms were chunky rather than small slices. The bread was soft and easy to tear. Overall, it was one of the best subs I've had. Thank you, Firehouse!

I felt that my sub from New York Steamers had very little meat in it, which I noticed right away. I even complained, but they claimed the portion size was standard. Honestly, it wasn’t worth the money, especially compared to the one I received last Saturday. Additionally, my husband ordered a different sub, but they didn’t even ask him about mustard and instead included only salad, tomatoes, and mayonnaise, which he dislikes. This was my third visit, and I left feeling very disappointed with what I received, especially since we were the only customers there. There's really no excuse for this.

I visited the restaurant and was warmly welcomed with a bright smile, feeling like I was stepping into a lively fire department store! The service was prompt and attentive. The staff member playfully insisted that I wear a hat before enjoying my meal. In an environment where customer service often falls short, I was truly impressed by your team. They are exceptional assets to your establishment and quite rare to find. I’ll definitely be returning more often!

Have this situation tried twice now - the first time this past weekend was. Food was good, but soda machine ice machine didn't work and the bottle sink cooler was mostly empty with very few choices. I understand that sometimes things are breaking, but when I was in the food service, we were always swinging when things happened and did everything we could to offer the customer what they needed. Serving warm soda is disgusting. It was worse tonight. I have a steak and cheese sandwich, the provolone for pepper jacket and without Mayo. I confirmed that the employee took my order that I wanted a pimple and everything else that usually comes on the sandwich (pepper, onions, etc.). When I came home, all I had was glued the bread with a scanned amount of carved steak together with a little cheese. There was nothing else, and there was no pimples. What an absolute disappointment.

This is more than a 5 star space! I have never received a bad meal here, there are always multiple smiling faces the entire time, every time! And the food mmmm! Solid deliciousness! Lots of options, everything I've tried has been fantastic!
